Privacy Policy

iTraxX is a private audio-room app. An admin (your organisation) creates your login and assigns you to a room. This policy explains what the Android / web apps collect and why.

What we collect

• Account: username and password created by your admin. We do not collect your Google account.
• Audio: microphone audio during a live room so you can talk to your host. Audio is for the call, not sold.
• Recordings (if enabled by your admin): clips you save on the device, and any uploads your admin has turned on, stay tied to that admin only.
• Diagnostics: crash and error reports (app version, device type, error message) so we can fix bugs.
• Network: standard connection data to join your assigned room on itraxx.org.

Permissions

The Android app asks for microphone (talk), notifications (keep the call alive), and Bluetooth (headsets). The Play Store edition does not install other apps or download APK updates.

Sharing

Your room is isolated to your admin. We do not sell personal data. Call audio uses Zoom’s SDK to connect the room; Zoom processes that audio to deliver the call under their terms.

Retention

Admin-created accounts last until the admin or platform owner removes them. Local recordings stay on your device until you delete them. Server error logs are kept to diagnose issues and then discarded.

Children

iTraxX is a business audio tool, not directed at children under 13.
